FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
This list of frequently asked questions is intended to ease your shopping experience, but is not a replacement for customer service. Don't hesitate to reach out if you're still having issues.
Order Questions:
What is your return/refund policy?
All sales are final except in the case of incorrect or damaged items. If you need to make corrections to a pending order, please reach out to shirtbimbo@shirtbimbo.com as soon as possible. Once the order is sent to production it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Where is my order?
Shirt Bimbo items are all made-to-order. This allows us to ensure each item you buy receives special attention and care, but can result in slightly longer wait times than similar mass-produced brands.
For most items, production takes 1-3 days and shipping takes 3-5 days. However, with the current state of USPS this has become less predictable.
For all-over-print items like leggings, crop tops, and certain specialty merchandise, production takes a bit longer. Most all-over-print items arrive within 1-2 weeks. If it takes any longer than this, please don't hesitate to reach out.
For in-house items, which currently includes back-print booty shorts, orders placed prior to or on Wednesday will be shipped that Friday. All orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following Friday. This allows us to focus on quality production over speed, and allows the post office workers to deal with less-frequent drop offs of large sets of packages.
Why haven't I received my shipping notification?
Since shipping notifications are automated, they can sometimes get caught up in spam filters. Make sure to double check the email you used for your order, and look in your spam folders. If you haven't received a shipping notification within the previously listed time frames, please reach out to shirtbimbo@shirtbimbo.com
Why does it say my order can't ship to my location?
All items currently listed in the shop can ship globally. If you receive this error, please reach out so we can figure out what the specific issue might be.
Product Questions:
I noticed there's a design I like on some products, but not on others. Why?
Products and designs are paired for maximum quality and style. Some designs simply don't work on every product. Still, feel free to reach out and ask if you're really itching for something!
I saw a cool shirt idea online, will you make it?
If it's another artist's design, then no. If someone wants to collab, or I'm excited enough about a design to ask for a collab, that's awesome, but I don't want to take anyone's idea. If the designer in question doesn't need my platform's exposure, they'd likely make more selling it on their own.
If you see something cool that isn't another artist's work, I might transform it into merch. Never be afraid to reach out and ask!
Where can I see more examples of clothing on live humans?
Check out the Bimbo Gallery or the Shirt Bimbo twitter for tons of customer selfies!
